time out.

aloha, my lovely readers. as you may have noticed, it started to be quiet on Electric Feel. My weeks are filled with homeworks, reading and memorizing. I miss my blog, but it just takes hell lot time to keep everything updated. Time, I don't have at the moment. The next weeks will sort of decide about my future. So, I should save myself for messing up my hopes and dreams and focuss on my final exams. In the meantime I'll post on my facebook page and on twitter.

Mornings are precious. Usually it’s always colder in the morning than later. The sun rises- something new starts. Day is dawning. It’s a very natural process. The nature wakes up too. It’s great to welcome the morning, feel alive and start the day with a great breakfast.

One can feel the freshness and quietness. Nobody can disturb you. You can listen to music, read magazines, the newspaper or a book and muse about everything that comes to your mind. The smell of fresh coffee and bread in the air is fantastic. Those moments in the morning have something very pure. People who get up early benefit from their extra time. You don’t have to rush through. Every activity can be done in peace and without any hustle.

Morning is the ideal time for exercises or a walk outside. Breathing the cold and fresh morning air makes you feel good; like everything is possible and like you are ready for your "daily mission". A new survey has also shown that teenagers, who get up early stay slim. Carol Maher from the University South Australia in Adelaide had surveyed 2200 Australian adolescents, aged 9 to 16 years old, about their daily rhythm and associated it with their weight. Late-rising and -sleeping adolescents tend to be overweight. They were less physically active and were almost three times as long in front of a screen as the early active teenagers.

It all boils down to one thing: Everybody has to figure out for themselves what is better: getting up early or being a night owl. For my part, I only profit from waking up early and starting the day a few hours earlier than I used to start. Even President Obama is appreciative of mornings: "I miss Saturday morning, rolling out of bed, not shaving, getting into my car with my girls, driving to the supermarket, squeezing the fruit, getting my car washed, taking walks."
