First of all, I have to admit I wanted to write something about Mrs. Gaga for ages, but somehow I didn’t manage to do it; I guess there is always something more interesting and appealing.
Today is the release of her third studio album "Born This Way". You have to know I'm not a fan from the early days. I have been sceptical when Gaga appeared suddenly out of nowhere! I don’t dress like Lady Gaga when it's carnival or halloween and I can’t sing all of her songs by heart.

I remember, one day a close friend of mine, played her song "Love Game" during break and I (have to be honest) thought: "Holy macaroni, what a piece of shit is this?!" I didn’t understand the hype surrounding Gaga. Well, now I know better. It’s always easier to hate somebody for something than to love. And surprise, surprise the day came when I actually started to like her. More important I started to watch interviews and to listen to what she had to say. I always thought pop musician are not the cleverest and smartest people, but Lady Gaga has brainpower!

The critics say her message behind the song is cheesy and stereotipical. Yes, indeed her message is simple: we are all special, we are all stars, strive to be the best you can be. But doesn’t pop music supposed to be like this- simple, catchy and understandable?! People think she fulfills all the clichés a pop princess has to. But she doesn't and that’s why we love you Gaga! And if some people still think she can't sing, well...guys listen to the acoustic versions of her songs, they are brilliant!

Sorry for my sporadic posting the last few weeks, but I was busy with other things. Life is good right know. Thinking about my future scared me always, but I'm finally making small steps toward it and I'm happier than ever!
