Chocolate Editions by Mary & Matt is a celebration of the candy bar as a perfect pop object. Launched in their home kitchen as gifts for friends and family, it quickly grew into a full line. Mary & Matt craft their chocolate bars in small, handmade batches. My favourite is the chocolate pie chart, that contains Dark, Milk, and White chocolate.

The Proenza girl has always a carefree attitude. She has the sort of nonchalant look a lot of designers

struggle to pull off, but Hernandez and his partner, Jack McCollough nail it effortlessly.

Visually, the whole collection is eye crashing due to the mix of heavy optical material with bright fabrics

and opulent apliqués. Tie dye prints on dresses and sweaters give a more realistic and very refreshing amazonian feel.

Ein bisschen Photoshop, eine geballte Ladung Spitze und Leder und eine nicht alternde Popikone- mit dieser Kombination kann man mich auch überzeugen, und wenn das ganze auch noch von Mert Alas und Marcus Pigott in Szene gesetzt wird, kann es nur verdammt gut aussehen. Inspiriert wurde das Ganze von Madonna's erstem CD Cover Shoot aus dem Jahre 1983. Da stellt sich mir nur noch eine Frage, wo ist den Jesus?!
